Microsoft Demo Multi-Touch Windows 7

OK, this really is like Vista with a multi-touch interface slapped on it. It look somewhat similar to some of the “Surface” demo that I have seen around (especially the playing with virtual water)

I think they are trying to show that they too can come up with a multi-touch OS. They must have intelligence telling them that Apple is about to release something similar and they want to make sure people had seen it first from MS. Good tactic MS.

See for yourself:

The actual interface appear rather sluggish when used at times. I am sure OSX based multi-touch systems won’t suffer from this.

if Windows 7 is done using the Server 2008 kernel, I bet it’ll have the same ill-fated life-cycle as Vista…
