I bumped into this description while vieweing the new TV5Monde Plus Rugby channel. The interesting statement appear at the end of the 1st sentence. I bolded it for easy viewing. Could this be the reason of the needed upgrade to Joost beta client 0.12.0 recently announced? I would have to guess that it is.

This is something that Joost has not done so far. LiveStation, that just launched it open beta last week, is focussing on Live Video Streaming over P2P network. It would be about time Joost get in the live video distribution business.
I will try to get confirmation from Joost on this.

Yeah… It kinda sucked cause I told a couple of guys at my work about this. They got all excited about Joost only to be disappointed
it’s nice to see that on Joost altho I haven’t spotted that channel yet…I’ll digg more to see what comes out
