1st YouTube Video Advertisement sighted

It was reported that Google started adding overlay advertisement to some of it’s video collection. The following is a screen capture of one such ad:
I have linked the screen capture to the actual video in which the advertisement was seen. It does not appear to work for me… but I am located in Canada. It is highly possible that advertisement are geo targetted and will only display if you are in the targetted country.
